Call for Poster Presentations

Participants of Geometric Analysis by the Andes were invited to submit a proposal for the conference poster session.

The call was open to all conference participants. Each proposal was required to include:

  • the poster title;
  • an abstract of no more than 250 words;
  • the name and affiliation of the presenting author;
  • the names of any co-authors, if applicable;
  • a contact email address.

The proposal title and abstract, as well as the final poster, must be written in English. Proposals will be evaluated by the Poster Committee, and the number of available spaces is limited.

Accepted presenters must attend the conference in person. Poster dimensions and formatting guidelines will be shared after acceptance.

From Santiago Airport to your hotel

Taxi and shuttle services

After collecting your luggage and passing through customs, you will find official transportation counters inside the airport, just before leaving the secure area. We recommend booking your taxi or shuttle there.

Official transportation counters are also available outside the terminal. However, we recommend avoiding taxis or drivers waiting outside the terminal who approach passengers directly.

During the first two days, the conference will take place at the San Joaquín Campus of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Morning traffic in Santiago can be heavy, so we recommend allowing additional travel time.

  1. Take Line 6 at Los Leones Station, towards Cerrillos.
  2. Get off at Ñuble Station.
  3. Transfer to Line 5, towards Vicente Valdés.
  4. Get off at San Joaquín Station.

San Joaquín Station is located immediately next to the university campus.

It is also possible to reach the campus using Line 1, but this line tends to be much more crowded, especially during the morning rush hour. For this reason, we recommend using Line 6 via Ñuble.
